Your chance to have your say about Health Trainers and Lighten Up as part of Birmingham’s Review of Lifestyle Services

7th February 2014

Birmingham City Council are conducting a review of all these services to help shape future plans for what the city will offer its residents. As part of this they are seeking views on current lifestyle services from the people who use them or those who link in with them.  Lifestyle Services include Health Trainers and Lighten Up but also Be Active, Health Checks, Stop Smoking Services, etc.

There is an opportunity to give online feedback through the Be Heard website: https://www.birminghambeheard.org.uk/adults-communities/lifestyle-services-review  but there are other options too if you prefer by post or text.

The deadline for completion has been extended to 28th February but completed surveys are being evaluated all the time so the sooner they’re done the better.
